Record an external refund
This records a full refund already completed in your payment account. It does not send money. Used or uncertain credit allocations require separate review.
Wallet membership passes
When wallet issuing is configured, your pass uses the same secure static membership QR as your website card. An authorized instructor verifies your current balance in the database and confirms attendance before a credit is used. Displaying or reloading the QR does not deduct credits.
