Sign in and set up
Sign in with your own approved instructor account. Open your dashboard and review your profile, class schedule and available tools.

iPhone: open the Dashboard in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: open it in Chrome, open the menu and select Add to Home screen or Install app. Repeat for the scanner page if you will check students in.

Open the Teaching Studio to schedule your classes. With Complete, review your live-class settings and prepare your online classroom before inviting students.

Review the student list for each scheduled class. Use the QR scanner to record attendance and keep class credits up to date.

Use your dashboard to review attendance, bookings and the reports available to your account. Confirm payment and bank deposits in the relevant payment records.

After your practice session, record what was easy, what was confusing, whether you needed help, and any errors. Never include passwords, payment details or private student information.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install an app?
No. Open the website in your browser. You can add a home-screen shortcut for convenience.
Can I accept payments right away?
You can accept student payments after your instructor account and payment service are activated. Follow the activation instructions for your account.
When are instructor earnings paid?
Deposit timing depends on your activated payment service and settlement schedule. A completed customer payment and a bank deposit are separate steps.
How instructor payments and deposits work
For the planned marketplace service, ONVO handles eligible seller deposits on the settlement schedule selected during onboarding. Payment approval and a bank deposit are separate stages.
Deposit eligibility, minimum balances and timing follow your ONVO account agreement and selected settlement schedule. Review those conditions during payment-service activation.
Refund requests are subject to eligibility and review. ONVO support says a second refund on the same payment after a partial refund requires a bank form through ONVO. It is a support-assisted exception, not an instant automated action. Ask YogiSeeds for assistance; never send a full card number, security code or card photo through website forms or chat.
Each standard subscription belongs to one named instructor. Multi-instructor accounts and additional locations require a separate White Label agreement; shared packages across instructors are not included.
